Since joining May Oberfell Lorber in 2005, Trevor has assisted his business and individual clients in a wide variety of litigated disputes ranging from priority of burial rights in a family cemetery to internet fraud to complex multimillion dollar commercial litigation and everywhere between.   As a result of his passion to serve clients efficiently and responsively, Trevor has been trusted to handle litigation matters in 17 different states.  This breadth of litigation experience has enhanced Trevor’s ability to provide dependable business counseling and transactional representation.

  • Successfully represented plaintiffs in a multi-million-dollar malpractice action against former counsel stemming from legal failures in representation
  • Successfully represented a financial institution in an appeal seeking the reversal of a trial court's decision that determined a mechanic's lien claimant had priority of the bank's earlier mortgage
  • Effectively argued the applicability of various consumer protection statutes, including the Indiana Deceptive Consumer Sales Act, federal Magnusson Moss Warranty Act, and Indiana criminal statutes in a federal lawsuit involving the sale of defective paint primer
